Gather a paper bag, scissors, tape or glue, and construction paper in your choice of color (we chose black, brown, white, and red).
Start cutting out pieces of construction paper to make your dog. Get creative! You can give your dog eyes, spots, a tongue, a nose, ears, etc.
To make it even more fun, you can read an animal book once you finish. We chose read Barnyard Dance and talked about the animals we saw.
Talk about your favorite animals! God made every single animal. The birds in the sky, the fish in the water, and the dogs on land. They are all wonderful!
