Gather yellow construction paper, scissors, and a small basket.
Cut the construction paper into long strips. These pieces represent “grain.”
Spread the grain across your house/a room.
Let your child pick up the grain and place it in their basket.
Continue until all of the grain has been picked up.
Talk about how they are looking for food on the ground and finding it, just
like Ruth! Boaz helped Ruth and Naomi have food. God gives us people who help
us too! Talk with your child about who some of those people are.
